“New York has to be the world’s most photographed city. It has also spawned some of the most inspirational photographers, and to be here with a camera is almost overwhelming.
Where to look first? The ubiquitous, almost cliché skyscrapers, the classic views, everywhere is recognisable. In my initial set of pictures I have chosen some that are obvious but memorable. This work will continue with my next visit.”
