refunds & returns policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Returned items should be securely packaged and returned in the same condition in which they were received. Please take particular care when repacking prints, mounts or framed work, as a reduction may be made from a refund if an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been reduced.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the cost of returning it is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured service.

Once the returned item has been received, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Where applicable, the refund will also include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered. Refunds are normally made promptly and in any event within the timescales required by UK consumer law.

Every photograph is carefully checked before it leaves us. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably with photographs of the packaging and damage, so that we can sort it out for you.

Your statutory rights are unaffected. Under UK consumer law, faulty or misdescribed goods may give you the right to reject them and receive a refund within the applicable period, including the short-term 30-day right to reject in qualifying cases.

The normal change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods that are made specifically to your individual specifications or are clearly personalised. This may include genuinely bespoke commissions or specially produced non-standard items. Your rights remain unaffected if such an item is faulty or not as described.
